Classes are 1 hour classes run over 8 week terms  and workshops are a 2h crash course


Rock 'n' Roll  

Rock and Roll is an eternal force that will never fade away. It continues to captivate people of all generations, inviting them to groove to the mesmerizing tunes of the 50's/60's or even the latest hits. Engaging in this lively dance form not only promises loads of enjoyment, but also serves as a fantastic way to socialize and connect with others. Let's not forget the added bonus of reaping the health benefits it offers.


Rockabilly

Rockabilly, the dance style for those seeking a fast-paced rhythm! Its distinctiveness lies in the vigorous counter-clockwise circular motion and dynamic momentum, achieved by eliminating the traditional back-step (rock-step) found in swing-based dances.


The Social Dance Class


Do you ever find yourself watching with longing as other couples effortlessly take to the dance floor, wishing that it could be you? Well, look no further because this is the perfect class for you. Gain mastery over the slow rhythm, waltz, box rumba, and cha-cha as you learn the fundamental steps and techniques. This class is particularly ideal for those who are preparing for their wedding or simply seeking to have a great time.


Swing Jive/Lindy Hop

Swing Jive/Lindy Hop is an exhilarating form of social dance that involves the dynamic movements of lifting, spinning, and flipping one's partner. Renowned for its contemporary charm and effortless grace, this style of dance has captured the hearts of dancers from all generations.


4 Beat Hustle/ Modern Jive

Modern Jive is a dance style derived from swing, Lindy Hop, rock and roll, salsa and others, the main difference being the simplification of footwork by removing syncopation such as chasse. The term "French Jive" is occasionally used instead, reflecting the origins of the style, as is the term "Smooth Jive"


West Coast Swing


 Experience the elegance of partner dancing with this effortlessly smooth style that effortlessly adapts to various genres such as Blues, R & B, and contemporary music. * No partner is required, and we strive to balance the numbers, though we cannot guarantee it. Single men are definitely encouraged to join. Couples are encouraged to rotate, as this aids in learning to lead and follow, but we understand if you prefer to stay with your partner. Having two left feet is also acceptable, as we will assist you in finding the right one.
