Come along and learn Basic Swing
The dance that look good real slow or real fast. We start with the basics them add more moves
If you've mastered Rock and Roll and are eager to explore something a bit different while still incorporating some of the moves you already know, this is the perfect dance for you. It allows you to sway to slower tunes or unleash your energy to something with a rapid tempo.
We will incorporate some lifts and dips for couples who feel confident in trying them; please be aware that this is done at your own risk.

Come along and learn the basics in week 1 then add more moves in week 2

These moves are accessible to everyone, regardless of gender, allowing you to relish dancing solo without a partner. It's a wonderful opportunity to stay fit while having fun
